Location: Blue Mountains National Park, NSW
Date: 1st January, 2014
Distance: 1.5 km
Time: 1 h 20 min (including sections of Prince Henry Cliff walk)
We planned to do a fairly long hike to kick off 2014, but shortly into the Prince Henry Cliff walk Emily started feeling unwell so we turned back and visited the Leura Cascades instead. It contains several excellent lookouts, cascades and rainforest sections for a short walk - in fact, Emily decided these series of tumbling waterfalls/cascades are the best she's ever seen! Despite being very busy with tourists, this is probably my favourite short walk anywhere.
